What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

 

 Almost all processing is based on the data subject's consent, although we sometimes process data that we collect at trade fairs, other websites or commercial activities on the basis of our legitimate interest, in which case we inform you of your rights in a timely manner.

 

How long will your data be kept?

 

Data collected through contact forms or collected through cookies is retained for the time necessary to fulflil your request or provide the service associated with its purpose.

Newsletter subscription data will be retained as long as they are not cancelled by the data subject.

Data relating to your CV will not be kept for periods longer than 24 months.

 

To whom is your data communicated?

 

The data you provide us with will be treated confidentially, adopting all the technical and organisational measures and all the levels of protection necessary to guarantee the security in the processing of the data and to avoid its alteration, loss, theft, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the state of technology and the nature of the data stored. Likewise, it is also guaranteed that the processing and recording in files, programmes, systems or equipment, premises and centres comply with the requirements and conditions of integrity and security established in the regulations in force.

Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except when legally obliged to do so. However, in the event that they are transferred to a third party, prior information would be provided requesting express consent for such a transfer. This acceptance extends to third parties who would need access to the files for the success of the contract.
